Another out of the way!
Time isn't that great but it's the taking part that counts..
It's been a real good week, ran just under 40miles, woke up ever other morning to go to the gym and also I've lost around 2pounds in fat!!
When I first started running, I ask a friend how he stays motivated, he said it's cheaper than therapy, at first I laughed, but now I totally understand!!

Runners knees??
Fortunately I've never suffered from runners knees and I hope I never do.
The first thing your gonna want to do is rest and give your knee time to heal! (Around 2 weeks).
To prevent runners knees in the future I recommend you try using a patella tendon strap and visit a running specialist shop to make sure you are wearing the right type of running shoe.
You can also do stretching and stretching exercises for your quadriceps. The quadriceps are a group of four muscles in the front of your leg.
Injuries are always frustrating, so keep strong and hope these few tips help.

How to prevent blisters!!

So you've taken up running and your shoes keep giving you blisters..

So what do you do??

Step.1 let that bad boy heal, you don't what it to get infected.

Step.2 buy yourself some anti-blister running socks. (Yes they do exists)..!

I my opinion they are the best invention since sliced bread. Once you try them you'll never go back to a normal pair of socks..

What is HIIT cardio?

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training technique in which you go all out, and give it 100% effort in quick, intense bursts of exercise. Followed by a short recovery period.

This type of training is designed to get and keep your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 😲

For HIIT cardio routines I recommend you go check out Anabolic Aliens they really helped me out when I was loosing weight.
