Another year, another Xmas bash.
Morning training sessions, followed by food and drinks.
We do this every year to say thank you to all of our members.
You really do make OutKlass Fitness what it is.

As ever, I didn't manage a single pic for the meal/evening.

As promised, a few action shots from Antony Wilkinson & Emily Wilkinson's Hyrox event in Berlin.
Tony used the event as a benchmark to improve his body composition (the top, we were promised, was always coming off) and to test his level of strength & conditioning.
An impressive 1hr12mins was the finish time for the pair.
Tony will go on to compete again in the men's individual event in Stockholm in December.
For me, it's fantastic to see our members taking part in these type of events and enjoying fitness, training or competing together.
Well done Wilkos!
