The wild men of Dunland have waged a campaign of terror across the lands of Rohan, every village in their path is burnt and neither the forces of Theoden, King or the relief forces from Gondor can put a stop to their rampage.

Elsewhere, in the forests of the west and the north the fair folk have contrasting fortunes. The forces of Lothlorien turn back a beastly cave troll while the expeditionary force from the Last Homely House are set upon unawares by a force of fell warg riders led by none other than the Witch King of Angmar himself! Dismayed, the firstborn are forced to withdraw but all forces have little time to regroup and recuperate, for in the Fog of War, new enemies are revealed at every turn....

The battles of the Third Age continue despite the Fellowship having moved through the Kingdom of Rohan. As the Age nears its end, the battle for Rohan itself is not yet won or lost. Forces of Evil, roused from sleeps of thousands of years roam freely abroad, and the Free Peoples and Kingdoms of Men are hard pressed to repel small border raids in their weakened state.

From the north come vile armies of orcs and goblins, drawn forth by calls from their masters in Mordor to join the fight against men and elves. From the interior of Rohan come the Wildmen of Dunland, eager to exact revenge on their hated foes, and still there roam bands of the fighting Uruk-hai, despite the defeat at Helm's Deep.

Arrayed against them stand the forces of men, undimmed in their courage and desperate to defend their homeland of Rohan. Answering the call of their allies, the Kingdom of Gondor's border forces cross the border to their aid. The forces of the first-born, the Noldor and the Sindar also ride forth, determined that though their times is past, the world shall not fall to darkness while they have power to prevent it.

11th Edition 40k, The Old World, Guild Ball and Horus Heresy down at club tonight.

Some new Armageddon models have hit the tables! Orks vs Ultramarines are facing off. While on another table, Dark Elves come screeching into a force of Blood Angels.

The Salamanders face off against the Emperor's Children ahead of our Autumn Heresy campaign.

Warriors of Chaos take on the might of the Empire and Bretonnia this evening

A snake, and his eventual skinner, play out on the table and the miners guild looks to get up to antics in our Guild Balls games.

Our Kill Team Summer Campaign has kicked off with players making their first moves. Tonight was Vespid on Vespid and Ratlings vs Blades of Khaine fighting it out on Vandex-7.

Retford Wyverns,

I am happy to announce the start of the Kill Team Campaign season 1- Shadows Over Vandex-7.

Still finalising some finer details but I'm needing players to register so I know who's taking part. Spaces aren't limited I can expand if needs be so if you're interested in playing Kill Team, come and join the battle.

It'll run approximately 8 games over different battlefields with a few custom rules and bonuses for the winner. Full rules to me announced over the weekend.

This Tuesday, 30th June i want to use for everyone that wants to play but hasn't played/ not much Kill team experience to have a go before we start.
This season is intended for beginner/new players to take part. So it will be casual and expect mistakes to be made.
The campaign will commence on 7th July.

Everyone wanting to take part, put your name in the comments with what Kill team you will be using.
