As some of you know, earlier this year I had to stop my classes as I was pregnant with twins ❤️❤️.
Exactly a week ago today we were blessed with the arrival of Maximilian (Max) 💙 and Isabelle (Izzie) 🩷.
They are premature so we’re still in hospital but both myself and the twins are doing really well and we hope we’ll be back home by the end of the week 🤞❤️.

Hi Ladies, I have to cancel my Dance Fitness class on a Wednesday evening for the next couple of weeks - doctor’s order 🤦‍♀️🤣😭

Everything is fine so no need to worry 🙏 but they told me to rest and you know I can’t help myself in the dance classes 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Fingers crossed I’ll be back with my Wednesday classes on the 26th April 🙏❤️

Hello ladies! Unfortunately I don’t have enough people booked on tonight to run my dance class 😢. So with a heavy heart I need to cancel tonight’s dance fitness class.
