Kicking off the 2026 season with an awesome showing at the Scottish for Mikie Carle - IronMind Performance 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We secured 4th place in an extremely competitive lineup!!!
Definitely a result to be proud of!! 👏👏👏

Bringing the legs up to match the upper was one of our big goals throughout our last offseason to create a much more balanced and complete look on stage - and damn we did exactly that!

New levels of balance has levelled up Mikie’s proportions. Combine that with excellent conditioning and an undeniable stage presence and this was a look to be proud of!!!

(Still working on getting him to smile lol - we’ll get there haha)

Show number two is fast approaching so it’s straight back into digging down to improve on this look even more.

Let’s carve out some more details!!! 🔪🔪🔪

Mind blowing transformation from Dave. 🤯
26.7kg | 59lb | 4.3 stone dropped 🔥

February 2026 VS August 2026 📅
‼️This isn’t a quick fix rapid rat loss phase‼️This is 7 months of pure focus, dedication consistency & hard work.

Chipping away at bodyfat levels steadily week by week so that we preserve every ounce of muscle mass to create the exact look we wanted… and I’d say we’ve done a damn good job here!

Full muscles ✅ Shredded ✅ And a fresh healthy look ✅
(+ a few sunbed sessions for some added tan gains) 😆

From 10 years out of the gym to the best shape of his entire life.💥Bigger, leaner & better than ever!

It takes serious teamwork and self discipline to create a transformation like this - especially when balancing work and family life at the same time!! This wasn’t 7 months of constant restriction - it was 7 months of finding the BALANCE that worked along side Dave’s life. Still ate meals out (making good decisions) still went on a family holiday etc. BUT the dedication to the process remained consistent throughout.

When coach and client lock in together with the same drive to achieve greatness - nothing can stand in our way. We give our absolute all to our team every step of the way and when that is reciprocated - Mind blowing transformations like this are achieved.

After a very successful offseason and a super smooth transition into this year’s prep - I’m very confident that Kieron will be bringing a whole new level of physique to the stage this year!

Our main goal was to beat last year’s shape and that’s exactly what we did. Bigger, leaner & at his all time best! 💯

Absolutely in our element doing all we can to bring the best out of the team. The energy in the room is truly unmatched. 🔥

All of the team supporting each other, hyping each other up and celebrating everyone’s success together.

Initial nerves turn into excitement when the clients look back at the camera and think ‘is that really me’

Seeing the ‘finished product’ from the weeks of relentless hard work and discipline. The diet, the cardio sessions, the training… it all paid off.

Watching confidence grow as the shoot progresses.

A feeling of pride and accomplishment fills the room.

And we all have an amazing time smashing a huge goal that was once just an idea. 👏👏👏

A huge shoutout to the man himself .fx.mda for not only coming up north to shoot the team - but also for making everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera at the same time… these shots are going to be INCREDIBLE.
