We absolutely love a shoot day. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️
Absolutely in our element doing all we can to bring the best out of the team. The energy in the room is truly unmatched. 🔥

All of the team supporting each other, hyping each other up and celebrating everyone’s success together.

Initial nerves turn into excitement when the clients look back at the camera and think ‘is that really me’

Seeing the ‘finished product’ from the weeks of relentless hard work and discipline. The diet, the cardio sessions, the training… it all paid off.

Watching confidence grow as the shoot progresses.

A feeling of pride and accomplishment fills the room.

And we all have an amazing time smashing a huge goal that was once just an idea. 👏👏👏

A huge shoutout to the man himself .fx.mda for not only coming up north to shoot the team - but also for making everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera at the same time… these shots are going to be INCREDIBLE.

What an incredible first season for Jenna, holding her own in one of the biggest shows in the UK - PCA Universe 🤩🙌

After qualifying only 2 weeks ago, we managed to make some mega improvements and showcase an even better look 🤝💁🏻‍♀️

We are super proud of Jenna, pushing herself wayyy out of her comfort zone and bringing an amazing look to this huge stage! 💙

Very proud of this woman 🤩👏🏻

Jenna joined the team in August last year & we used the rest of the year to work on improving body composition overall, which meant fine tuning nutrition, habits, training, exercise ex*****on etc. As well as this, we formed a great coach/client relationship which has made for an amazing prep 🙌

Prep started in January & her first show was a week and a half ago! No matter what challenges she has faced, it’s safe to say she smashed it and what an incredible transformation this is 🤩👏🏻💖

Ps Jenna also said she only wanted to do ONE show…anyway, see you on stage for your SECOND show this Sunday girl 👀😆💁🏻‍♀️

Social media sees the epic results, the tans, the bikinis, trunks, sparkles and the ‘glamorous’ side of show day.

But what social media doesn’t see is the real grind of getting show ready.

Training hard.
Staying consistent with your strict diet.
Practicing posing daily.
Smashing cardio.
Fully committing to the process.
Showing up for yourself every single day.
And working as hard as you can no matter how you feel.

A lot of work goes into getting show ready but standing on that stage after months of hard work knowing you have done the work and couldn’t be any better is a feeling like no other.
