Catch up! U25 World Champs 2026! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇫🇷🏆 Newark 3 Day Festival! 🛝 And U25 Feeder practices! 🎣

First up, the World Champs on Lac du Plessis in France! 🇫🇷Had a good week away. Practice went well and it felt like we were heading in the right direction!

Match day 1, I drew A11, in what seemed to be one of the toughest areas of the match. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ It was mega tough! Ended up with 4kg odd, which was only enough to beat a few in the section. The team had mixed results overall. Day 2, we gambled a bit and really went for it, to try and get ourselves into a medal position. Unfortunately it didn’t pay off and we dropped down to 8th. Well done to Hungary 🇭🇺🥇 on the win, and to Bako on taking the individual! 🥇🇭🇺🏆

Next up was the Newark Three Day Festival! 🛝🏞️A great few days fishing. Had a good day’s fishing every day, even though it was tough! Made a few mistakes that cost me and didn’t do any good in the festival, but enjoyable nonetheless! 🤷‍♂️🏆🤦‍♂️

Also been on some feeder practices with the U25s getting ready for the Worlds in Portugal 🇵🇹 in October!

But first, it’s me and mossy’s annual trip over to Ireland for the Muckno Pairs! 🇮🇪🤞💥

Section win! 🥇💥🎣

Been on the Riverfest qualifier at Newark today, drew peg 2 at Rolleston Piscos. 🤞🎣

Had one barbel and few small fish for 13lb 14oz. Which won the section but was way behind Toby’s 21lb of bream and barbel for qualifying. 💥🥇

Well done mate! Now full prep mode for France in a couple of weeks! 🛝

Catch up! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿💥🚀 🏠👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏼✈️

Over the last few weeks I’ve been up to Swinsty on a couple of the opens in readiness for this summer! 🇫🇷🇵🇹

It was also the u25s feeder team trial at larford! I’m pleased to say I’ll be going to Portugal for the world champs this October. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to represent England in a different discipline, many thanks to all those involved! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍾🤞

I also got to see my little brother say I do! Mega made up for him and Jess! 🥹❤️👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏼

In between all this, Olivia and I got the keys to our first home 🏠 . So the new Fishing prep room is in full construction mode! 🧱🚧

I’ve also been on the Trent since the season has started and now I’m over in France having a look at the venue for the u25s float in a few weeks time! Busy times! But cannot wait for this summer of fishing! 🤞🥇🚀💥

Catch up!!! 💥🎣🥇🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇫🇷

Firstly was our U25s England trial 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 up at Rycroft! Had a mega day. Proud to say I’m honoured to be representing England in France this year 🇫🇷. Thankyou to the management for the opportunity.

Last few weeks I’ve been up to lindholme practicing for the Commercial national and standing in for Leicester on the day.

Loved getting into the F1s again! Had a really tough day on bennys on the national! With bites at an absolute premium!

Well done to the winners Nytro Quaker! Mega!

Also fished the feedermasters qualifier at Decoy lakes. Had a nice day, but didn’t get it quite right catching 60lb odd for nowhere! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Going up to Swinsty res this weekend! Cannot wait! 🛝🛝💥🚀

Meridamaster Merida 2026! 💥🚀🛝🏆

Had an amazing week away in Spain with Rob, Billy, Alfie and Rich! Ended up 🥈 second in the section on Sunday with 11kg odd. I’ve ended on 10 points that got me into payout in a higher position than last year, so happy with that!🛝 A massive well done to all the England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 lads all managing to pick up!
Really enjoyed it and cannot wait for next year! 😆 A big thanks to Angel, Tomas and their team for the brilliant event they run! 🏆🚀🤞💥
