This month we’re celebrating Ann, who joined our Pilates classes back in December 2025 — and what a journey it’s been already.

From day one, Ann showed up with a great attitude and a willingness to keep learning, and it’s been so rewarding to watch her confidence and strength grow week by week. The progress she’s made hasn’t happened overnight — it’s come from consistency, commitment, and simply keeping going.

Her movement quality, control, and overall confidence in class have come such a long way, and it’s brilliant to see.

We’re so proud of everything Ann has achieved so far and excited to see what she continues to accomplish.

🥗 Meal Prep for Busy People – It doesn’t have to be complicated! ⏰✨

One thing I’ve loved seeing recently is one of my clients creating a new habit through my challenges 💛

Every Sunday she now spends a little bit of time prepping for the week ahead — and she’s said it’s making such a difference.

Not because every meal is perfect.
Not because she’s eating boring food.
But because she’s taking away that daily stress of “what shall I eat?” and making healthier choices easier 💪

Some simple meal prep tips:
✔️ Plan just a few evening meals ahead
✔️ Prep snacks so they’re easy to grab
✔️ Batch cook one meal for lunches
✔️ Wash and chop fruit & veg in advance
✔️ Keep breakfasts simple and repeatable
✔️ Focus on progress — not perfection

Meal prep doesn’t mean spending hours in the kitchen or filling rows of identical containers…

It means doing a little bit now to make the week feel easier later 🙌

This is exactly why I include habits and accountability in my challenges — small changes done consistently can have a massive impact ✨

✨ Consistency over Intensity ✨

One thing I remind clients all the time… you don’t need to go all in to make progress 💛

You don’t need to train for hours, do the hardest workout or feel exhausted after every session.

What really gets results?
👉 Showing up consistently.

A 30–45 minute session each week.
A walk instead of doing nothing.
Booking your class in and turning up.
Building habits that fit around your life.

Consistency helps you:
💪 Build strength steadily
🧠 Improve energy and mood
🫶 Create sustainable routines
🔥 Make long-term progress
✨ Feel more confident in yourself

The “all or nothing” mindset can leave you feeling like if you miss one session, the week is ruined… but real progress comes from what you do most of the time, not some of the time.

Small steps × repeated often = big results 💥

☀️💥 Monday Motivation – Holiday Season Edition 💥☀️

Holiday countdown is on for a lot of people right now ✈️🌴… and with that can come a mix of excitement and a bit of “I’ll start again when I’m back” thinking 😅

But here’s your reminder 💛

You don’t need to be “all in or all out” just because you’re going away.

A holiday is just a change in routine — not a reset button on everything you’ve worked for.

Try this instead 👇

✨ Move your body before you go away (even a short session counts)
✨ Drink more water in the days leading up to flying/holiday plans
✨ Focus on feeling good, not “making up for” anything
✨ Enjoy your holiday without guilt AND without the pressure of perfection

Because health and fitness isn’t about switching it on and off…
it’s about what you do consistently over time 💪

One week of holiday won’t undo your progress — but completely stopping everything before you even go away can make you feel worse, not better.

So this is your gentle reminder:

💛 Keep showing up in small ways
💛 Do what you can before you go
💛 And then actually ENJOY your holiday guilt-free 🌴✨

☀️ Sunday Check-In ☀️

What a fab week it’s been 💛

We enjoyed a lovely sunny Bootcamp session 🌿💪, we’re now halfway through my Fitness Pilates block 🧘‍♀️✨ and I’ve also kicked off my 4 Week Challenge (Meno Edition) 🔥

I’m also really excited because Hypopressives starts tomorrow 🙌 and I can’t wait to get going and see everyone’s progress over the coming weeks 💫

Alongside that it’s been another week full of energy with group training sessions and private sessions ❤️
And… I even did some Boxercise with one of my private clients 🥊🔥 — safe to say they absolutely loved it!

I genuinely love that no two weeks ever look the same and seeing everyone showing up for themselves is always the best part 💛

☀️💧 Hydration Tips for Summer 💧☀️

With the warmer weather here, hydration becomes even more important — and it’s not just about drinking more water when you feel thirsty!

Staying hydrated can help with:
✨ Energy levels
🧠 Concentration and focus
💪 Exercise performance
😊 Mood and feeling your best
🌿 Recovery after training

Some simple ways to stay on top of it this summer:

💧 Start your day with a glass of water
🥤 Carry a water bottle with you (seeing it = remembering to drink!)
🍓 Add fruit like lemon, lime, berries or cucumber if plain water feels boring
⏰ Drink little and often rather than lots at once
🥗 Include water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber and oranges
🏃‍♀️ If you’re exercising or sweating more, top up fluids afterwards too

A good little check… if you’re feeling tired, headachy or low on energy — ask yourself… have I actually had enough to drink today? 👀

✨ Save the Date – Thursday 25th June ✨

I'm excited to be hosting a Stable Fitness Social Evening and would love for you to join us!

It all started when I asked Freya about getting a permanent jewellery anklet. As many of you know, I absolutely love supporting local businesses and helping others showcase their amazing products and services, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together for a lovely social evening.

Come along for a drink, some nibbles, and a relaxed browse of some fantastic products from some wonderful local business owners:

✨ Freya will be fitting permanent jewellery throughout the evening and is kindly offering 10% off all purchases made on the night.

💚 Emma will be bringing along her fabulous Tropic products.

🕯️ Jo from Temple Spa will be showcasing her beautiful skincare range, along with some of her gorgeous candles and wax melts.

We’re officially halfway through our 4-week Fitness Pilates Rings Edition 💪✨

It’s been brilliant seeing everyone working through this block — focusing on control, stability and strength using the rings has really taken things to the next level 🔥

And we’re not done yet…

Our next 4-week block will take us right up to the school holidays, giving you a solid stretch of consistent training to keep building strength, mobility and confidence right through the summer ☀️
