Huge congratulations to our CrossFit Retford and members who took on the 24-mile challenge yesterday 👏

A tough day on the trails, but one that was hugely rewarding for everyone who took part. Together, we completed the challenge in under 12 hours, with plenty of sandwich stops, regular regrouping, and lots of checking in on one another along the way.

A special shoutout to Henry, who must be the youngest baby to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks! 👏👶

An unforgettable day spent pushing limits, supporting each other, and making memories with some fantastic people.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who took part 💪

To our members, coaches, staff, and volunteers, thank you for your support, effort, and commitment over the last four years. You’ve helped build a great community and made CrossFit Retford what it is today.

CrossFitters enter a Strongman competition… and leave with 1st and 3rd place. 🥇🥉🔥

Not Strongman specialist, just lads who consistently show up, put the work in, and aren’t afraid to step outside their comfort zone when it’s time to compete.

Massive respect to all the Strongman athletes who make this sport what it is. We were honoured to step into a different arena and give it a go.

Big thanks to Jono for supporting the boys all day and sharing some Strongman tekkers along the way. Having that experience in your corner made a huge difference. 👊
