Wandering Wild Yoga Yoga studio set in the beautiful surroundings of the Meon Springs, East Meon, Hampshire You will find us a very warm friendly group of all ages and abilities.

Wandering Wild Yoga can be found at The Yurt Village, Meon Springs, which is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley in easy reach of Petersfield. Our studio 'The Yoga Space' is where we hold yoga classes, sound baths, yoga retreats and our new wandering wild yoga walks offering. The space has been lovingly created as a safe and inclusive place for you to discover the joy of yoga and explore the transformative power of this ancient practise. We have been running yoga classes and retreats in the Meon Valley for over five years. Stacey, our teacher, is passionate about yoga and has a loyal following from her students who travel from neighbouring villages and as far as Petersfield to join her classes. Whether you are new to yoga or have practised yoga before Stacey will put you at ease and adapt movements to suit your physical needs. I have been reflecting a lot today on the heat. The heat forces us to do things differently, to slow down, to consider our wellbeing, to plan our day in a new way. For us this morning it means doing restorative yoga amongst the trees 🌳

Yesterday I had the privilege of volunteering with the Melp Foundation at the very first Women's Mental Health World Cup alongside the Men's Mental Health World Cup at Millwall Football Club.

48 teams. Over 400 players, families, volunteers and supporters all in one place. Competitive, emotional, loud, joyful. And together, raising over £100,000 for mental health.

The Mental Health World Cup exists to take a stand against su***de. Seeing so many people use football to open up conversations that so often stay closed reminded me just how powerful community can be when it shows up with purpose.

It was exhausting. My feet can confirm that. But worth every single minute.

Roll on next year, with even more women's teams. 💙⚽

Our first Forage & Flow is done! We started with yoga, then headed out into the hedgerows and along the lakes learning what's actually growing and what's actually edible. A nature and senses meditation sat by the water, then back for lunch with a proper foraged spread. It was a brilliant day and we're already planning the next one 🙂
