We are holding 5 summer sessions from the 1st to 29th August. We have space for 10 in each class and might book up quickly. Monday 1sf link below

Our Pre-Teens and Teen classes currently fully booked however we still have spaces for the younger ones.

CrossFit Little Ninjas- Wednesday 3.15pm
30 minutes of running, hanging, swinging and jumping.

CrossFit Kids- Wednesday 3.45pm
45 minutes of game based fitness, fun and friends.

We know your December's are busy with nativity's and party's so next week is our last CrossFit Kids week. However... It will be so much fun with games, treats and plenty of fitness involved too. Both Harry and Amy will be taking next week's sessions for double the fun!

Look forward to seeing you all in your best Christmas outfits. (grumpy teens- even you can stretch to a Christmas jumper 😜)
