If you’re curious about strength training but nervous about using weights, my course MASTERY is crafted just for you!

Through weight lifting, I developed a deep and trusting relationship with my body and movement

Rep by rep, I unlocked new levels of self belief

I’ve healed my joint pains with the help of a barbell

I can keep up with my 6’5 husband when we walk the coast path and I move through daily life with more ease thanks to strength training

And that’s only scraping the surface of how strength based movement has changed my life!

What could strength training do for you?

At Mastery, you’ll master safe technique for essential movement patterns such as squats and deadlifts. We’ll bust some myths and explore tuning your workouts to your cycle and/or energy pattern.

This is where you get to future-proof your body. Building bone density to combat osteoporosis, strengthening lower body to improve balance, and upper body for more independence and less injuries!

MASTERY is a perfect blend of strength and soul. Over the 6 weeks you'll not only build strength, but confidence in your movement and deep trust in your body.

Before I took Craig’s meditation course I thought I couldn’t meditate for toffee…

I had mindfulness down pat but as soon as I closed my eyes to meditate my brain was all “I wonder if there’s more seagulls in Looe than people..?” OR immediately asleep. There was no middle ground.

I thought it was my fault. I thought my mind was too busy to switch off, I was an over thinker, or I wasn’t trying hard enough.

Having so many tabs always open in my mind lowered my emotional capacity, made me less creative, less effective, and impacted how I engaged with life

But the truth is meditation isn’t about switching off the thoughts, it’s about learning sit back and enjoy the show. It’s finding the stillness that already resides within you.

His course taught me methods of meditation that actually work to slow down my mind.

Methods that don’t lead to frustration or giving up.

Methods that, dare I say it, are actually enjoyable!

Through the course I’ve

- Connected with a place of stillness and grounding that I can access quickly at any time in any situation
- Expanded my emotional capacity so that I can manage my responsibilities with less stress
- Been able to reach some spiritual goals that weren’t possible before
- Experienced how meditation helps me prioritise, focus, and get perspective
- Slept better!
