Of course we want our dancers to learn, improve, work hard and reach their potential… but above EVERYTHING, we want them to walk through our doors knowing they are loved, valued and completely free to be themselves. ✨

If they leave NJDC with confidence, friendships, memories and knowing they always had a safe place with us… then we’ve done our job. 🫶🏼
