Earlier in my Small Group PT chat, we were talking about how long everyone has been training with me…
3.5 years, 2 years, a few months, even just 1 month 💪

The sessions turn into weeks, the weeks into months, and before you know it, the months turn into years.

Every single week I’m genuinely humbled that so many amazing people choose to come to my sessions and be part of this team ❤️

My goal has always been to create more than just a place to train — I want it to be a supportive community where people feel comfortable, encouraged and valued. I know my clients’ kids’ names, favourite dinners, and what music gets them through those tough sessions 🎶😂

Those 45 minutes often become therapy sessions for all of us too!

Yes, we work hard… but my god, we laugh just as hard.

People often say the fitness industry is oversaturated with PTs — I disagree. I truly believe the world needs more good coaches, more support, and more communities that help people feel stronger both physically and mentally.

So whether you’re a past or present client, whether you attend Small Group PT or Bootcamp… thank you for trusting me with your health and fitness journey ❤️

It’s November, which means Movement Is My Medicine is 3 years old!! 🎉

A huge thank you to all my current and past small group training and bootcamp clients for supporting and investing in my business — but most importantly, for putting your trust in me. 💪

When I started, my ethos was simple: to show people how amazing movement really is.
I wanted women to see that they can get strong, do hard things, get out of their own way, and watch what happens when they do.

Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching an incredible team of women. You’ve trusted me not just with your training, but with your stories — and that’s something I’ll never take for granted. It’s an absolute honour to do what I do. ❤️

A special shoutout to Ian and Sarah for letting me use your space ✨️

It doesn't sound very appealing or as cool as "Get bikini ready in 6 weeks"

The women in Movement is my Medicine don't look for quick fixes
We work on the long term outcome, ie life

We like being able to move around pain free

We have went from fad diets to education around nutrition

We have changed our mindest from burning calories to lifting heavy
And then when we can lift heavy, we lift heavier

We work on getting strong

It can be boring, it can be tedious
We might get distracted by the shiny, new object syndrome

We throw in some short term goals to keep it interesting

We mix the workouts up a little bit

There is no finish line
We are in it for the long run
