Hi, I’m Mark.

When I started my fitness journey, I wasn’t the picture of health. Poor habits, fast food, fizzy drinks, and no real direction — that was my starting point. But I made a decision to change, and that choice reshaped my life.

It wasn’t a smooth process. There were setbacks, challenges, and plenty of hard lessons along the way. But those experiences built resilience and pushed me to understand not just what works, but why it works.

I went on to study fitness and exercise science, gaining my qualifications and developing a strong foundation in exercise correction, strength training, and nutrition.

Today, I work as a Health Assistant in my local gym, supporting NHS referrals and helping people from all backgrounds improve their health and quality of life. Alongside this, I coach as a personal trainer, online coach, and group fitness instructor — delivering personalised, results-driven plans tailored to each individual.
