Opened in Nov 1st 2008 The Studio ek.com is a custom built 2 room Studio housing 24 Keiser spin bikes in one & body pump style resistance classes in the other. The sound system pumps out music of all genres, from RnB to heavy rock, pure pop to the latest dance anthems. So no matter what music you’re into we have it covered. Latest disco lights technology, create a club like atmosphere so you can l

et your hair down and have a great time whilst getting fit. Our instructors are friendly, highly motivating and will be there for you throughout the session offering advice on technique, resistance and intensity, ensuring you get the best results from your session. Our classes last 45 mins and 1 hour and are designed to suit all levels and age groups. Bring a hand towel and a water bottle. Wear trainers with a firm sole preferably not fashion trainers. Our bikes can take SPD cycling clips.
