❤️🖤 **SUPER 5s MATCH DAY** 🖤❤️

Another brilliant morning for our 2018s, with the boys continuing to show great progress, teamwork and confidence week after week. 👏⚽️

There was some fantastic passing and movement on display, along with excellent defending, pressing and plenty of determination. The boys took the momentum from training straight into the games and really showed how much they are developing as a team.

A special well done to Luca, who stepped in to help when a team was short of a sub — brilliant teamwork! ❤️🖤

And a big well done to Ethan on his Ravenscraig debut! He took it all in his stride and was a fantastic teammate. 👏⚽️

The coaches were incredibly proud of the boys today. Lots of positives to take forward, and the progress continues!

Another good week for the EK Caley 2017s, sponsored by Circet and ECS Mot Centre.

Team Messi were brilliant once again. The boys continue to improve their shape and pressing when out of possession. Some lovely passing moves and excellent finishing on display. The defence were solid and played out from the back with confidence.

Player of the week was Jack G. His best performance for the club. Jack was strong in the tackle and confident on the ball. Time after time, Jack prevented our opponents from breaking through on goal. To top off his performance, Jack got his first goal at 7s for the club. A powerful strike from the edge of the box.

Team Ronaldo played in a very even match. The team worked hard on the ball and produced some excellent passages of play, which led to several good chances that were saved by the opponents' on-form keeper. Some really solid defending from the midfield and defence prevented the opponents from creating much at the other end. Team Ronaldo are becoming a real force in their division.

Player of the week was Isaac. Always full of running, Isaac was central to most of the good play from the team. He worked hard to win the ball back and produced some good dribbles and passes to get the team forward. He rounded off his performance with an important goal.

A good session tonight for the EK Caley 2017s, sponsored by Circet and ECS Mot Centre. This week the boys have worked on fitness, passing, moving and movement off the ball. Well done to our two players of the week. Jaxon was excellent on Tuesday. He worked hard in the drills and put on a master class during the match, completely dictating the game. Tonight, Zac was the star man. Zac showed amazing stamina and speed during the fitness drill and great movement off the ball in the other drill and match.

Don’t you all agree our 2016's look amazing for their awards night. Seeing this team go from strength to strength is amazing. Thank you to the coaches for all the hard work and to the parents for bringing them along to each session and being the best and loudest support always.

Another fantastic day for our 2018s, with the boys showing plenty of hard work, teamwork and some brilliant football across the teams! 👏

It was great to see the work from training transferring onto the pitch, with some excellent passing, movement, 1-2s, finding space, breaking defensive lines and tracking back. The boys were also showing a fantastic willingness to play wherever they were needed and supporting each other throughout. 💪

There were some really competitive games and, despite tired legs towards the end, the effort and attitude from the boys was excellent from start to finish. They should all be incredibly proud of themselves!

⭐️ Players of the Week ⭐️

🏆 Joseph – brilliant tackling, hard work and some lovely passing and 1-2s.
🏆 Logan – worked incredibly hard, produced some great saves in goals and scored a brilliant goal!
🏆 Harris – outstanding defensive performance, winning tackles and 50/50s all day, capped off with a great goal!
🏆 Carter - outstanding playing today topped off with a fantastic goal

A special mention too for Ozzie on his Ravenscraig debut who played absolutely superb! 👏

The boys’ attitude at training on Tuesday and Thursday has been top class, and it’s fantastic to see that hard work showing on match days. Keep it up, boys!
