1️⃣ Adjust the cable pulleys to a mid-chest height, ensuring equal tension on both sides.

2️⃣ Grab each handle with an overhand grip and step forward, maintaining a slight bend in your elbows.

3️⃣ Engage your core, stand tall, and bring your hands together in a controlled motion, focusing on squeezing your chest muscles.
