KAPTAINS KUP 2026

Saturday 1st August 2026 sees our annual Kaptains Kup arrive on our golfing calendar.

As most of you are aware, this format tournament was created by our past Captain, and dearly beloved friend, Stevie McKinnon. A memorial trophy will also be played in conjunction with the Kaptains Kup.

Format remains the same this year as follows:-
4 person Texas Scramble
This is an Open Event meaning you can invite friends that are members of other golf clubs to be part of your team.
Men Yellow Tees /Women Red Tees
£50 entry
Minimum 3 drives each
Nearest the pins at all the Par 3s
Longest drives
Halfway House

The Boothy Wedge competition will take place at 13th at £5 an entry where money will be raised for the family's chosen charity. For those of you who are unaware what the Boothy Wedge is, it is a putt from about 70 yards out,
