WHAT’S INVOLVED: A day for the all the women out there - this event is suitable for those who are brand new to fitness as well as all you seasoned gym goers.

•After welcoming all of our lovely ladies, we will begin with a discussion around the importance of exercise for women.
•We’ll then kickstart your Sunday with a team workout (all teams are decided by the coaches on the day so no need to worry about buddying up beforehand). This workout will be suitable for ALL abilities - regardless of previous gym experience.
•We will then have a break to refuel - snacks and drinks will be provided.
•Afterwards, we’ll be discussing all things nutrition.
•A group yoga session will then help to relax the mind and body.
•Finally, a guest speaker will chat us through mindset, mental health and how to overcome barriers to fitness.

Getting started in the gym/fitness can feel so daunting. If you’ve been looking for a way to kick start your journey to better health, this is the perfect opportunity.

Come along, meet likeminded individuals and dip your toe in to the world of fitness in a judgement free, inclusive & welcoming environment.

B E F O R E & A F T E R👉🏼

Not something we often post about (for multiple reasons).
But we felt we couldn’t NOT document this trooper’s hard work and dedication over the last few months.

Not only is she travelling a 1.5 hour round trip for each session, she is a busy, working mum of 2 who has had a really stressful start to the year.

But this hasn’t stopped her making the progress she was desperate for in the run up to her family holiday.
When she started working with us, things like hitting a protein goal or squatting more than a barbell seemed completely unrealistic.
But a few months later, here we are! Smashing nutrition goals on the daily, squatting her body weight and smashing out team workouts.👊🏼
We adapted her training plan to suit her capabilities, working on weaknesses and altering movements where required. She has gained bucket loads of confidence & strength (in all departments) and it’s honestly been amazing to watch!

We know…

EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this photo was s**t scared at first. They didn’t know anyone. They felt anxious, silly, out their depth, not good enough. And many had terrible previous gym experiences.

But finding a good group of people who welcome you, speak to you, encourage you, push you, motivate you and make you feel part of something is the game changer.

Many of our team hang around for a coffee before or after a session. Some choose to spend time together outwith the gym. And lots have made genuine new friendships.

Feeling fit is great, but feeling part of something is even better😎

Cannot believe we are here!

It all started with scrap paper drawings a few years ago and now we’ve opened our doors to so many new and old faces this weekend…
What an absolute whirlwind of an adventure!
