A huge well done to Kellie and Matthew, who completed all 23 miles in The Mighty Stride in an amazing 6 hours! 🥳

Kellie and Matthew took on this challenge to raise money for the Loaves & Fishes Foodbank, local to our JD Gyms East Kilbride 💪💚

They raised a huge amount of money, drum roll please... £14,000 👏

What a cracking response we've had to our Easter Egg donation drive! 🍫

We want to say a massive thank you to all of our members who have donated to the cause; your generosity is always so overwhelming.

We had Cathy, Pastoral Care from Loaves & Fishes Foodbank, attend yesterday evening to collect this generous donation of Easter Eggs for the children of our local community.

We hope you all have a lovely Easter. 💚

Easter Egg Donation Drive! 🍫

After the amazing support from our Christmas donation campaign, we’re looking to spread a little Easter joy in our community! 🐣

Over the next 2 weeks, we’re collecting Easter Eggs to donate to Loaves & Fishes Foodbank East Kilbride.

All donations will be delivered by Friday 3rd April to help make Easter egg-stra special for local children.

We had a great evening on Monday night with Applied Nutrition handing out free samples for members.👌

It was a huge success with all stock eventually disappearing... ABE White cans were particularly popular, and lucky for you all, we stock them in our vending machines in the gym! 😍

We hope everyone who was in the gym got to try some of their great products. 🍫 Applied Nutrition is our nutrition partner, and our vending machines are always stocked with everything you need to fuel your workouts 🔥💪

Our staff at JD Gyms East Kilbride attended Duncanrig Secondary School last week for a careers evening! 📚💚

We spoke to students about what a career in the fitness industry looks like and what it's like working for JD Gyms. 💪

It was a pleasure to attend, and we look forward to seeing the next generation of fitness coaches. 😊
