Just a few of the amazing set of photos .c.photography took of me teaching a while ago!

It’s always nice to have some documentation of our teaching. I do try and write notes but it’s sometimes hard to keep on top of everything😅

Hi All,

I’m Charlotte from Roving Performance. I’m a 24 year old horse rider who has been around/riding horses since I was born, with a love of cars and other vintage vehicles. My philosophy when it comes to coaching and performance is that we as athletes (anyone who exercises) should be able to perform and train at our best wherever and whenever, without feeling restricted by what equipment or venues we do or do not have.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Equestrian Sports Coaching and an MSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning. I have my BHS Stage 2 coach and am working towards my stage 3 and then complete stage 4. I also have my Pony Club B & AH test and am taking my A test this year which links to my BHS Stage 4 exams and training.

This is my price list, multiple horses/hours can be at a reduced rate. I am happy to jump, hack, school, I’ve worked with a variety of horses over the years, racehorses, dressage, eventers, youngsters.

I have evented double clear at BE Novice and trained to Intermediate and competing at PC open dressage as well as 1.10 show jumping.

I am also happy to do some yard work alongside riding and teaching.

Contact me to discuss options and see if I may be a good match for you and your horse

The ups and downs of horses🐴

Not quite the end to Pony Club Champs we had wanted but we are safe.

We started off on the Thursday with a relaxed and rideable test in the Intermediate dressage for 67.17% which was top 20.

Then Friday morning we had the trot up for the Chairman’s Cup eventing class and in the afternoon we did another super relaxed and rideable test and our first time in tails to get 33.6.

Then on to XC, we’ve had some confidence issues and we thought we were almost over them but evidently not. A generally really forward round and jumped the technical combinations really well but 2 stops where the landing wasn’t straightforward led to just getting round and then an unexpected fall at the last meant that’s where our competition ended. But my area 11 teammates did an amazing job and managed to finish 3rd despite losing me!

Thank you to my mum Suzanne Vickery and all my friends for all the support. And to my HitAirUK for protecting me when I landed on the fence!

Now for a winter of dressage and then back to getting our confidence sorted in the jumping.

Lovely photo of Ariel from BCA Novice back in June☺️

Event season is over, finishing on a 4th at LMEQ BE100plus, which helped us end the season with our confidence back in place.

Now for a winter of rest and training and we’ll be back out and ready for the next event season😁

Couple of photos of Ariel and I round the Intermediate CT (1.20-1.25) at Felbridge a couple of weeks ago! She did a super test for 33.2 and a great round with just 2 rider error poles where I lack experience at the bigger height.

It’s been a quiet month from competing as Gatcombe was cancelled. But plenty of jumping and dressage and fitness training so we should be ready for PC Champs (dressage & SJ) and Wellington Intermediate!

6th and Double Clear at BCA Novice🎉

Not the ideal start to the day with getting a double blowout on the lorry only 5mins from the venue! So a delayed but super dressage for a great score of 30.8 followed by a double clear with a couple of time due to hard ground and heat to finish 6th!

Now for a month of dressage practice and fitness before Tweseldown PC110 in July.
