We have just 10 days to go until registration closes for the IIC on 17th & 18th October.

👉 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR IIC REGISTRATION AND BANQUET MEAL CHOICES ARE COMPLETED BY SUNDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER.

This deadline is important as it gives us enough time to have all certificates prepared and ready for the event.

One of the most important lessons we can teach children is that struggling with something does not mean they cannot do it.

In Taekwondo, students learn that big challenges can be broken down into smaller steps. It might take five attempts, ten, or a hundred, but every attempt is another step forward.

That mindset can change the way a child approaches challenges far beyond the mats.

Instead of saying, “I can’t,” we want them to learn to ask, “What do I need to do next?”

That is where perseverance becomes belief in yourself.

Our instructors and assistants regularly refresh their first aid training because looking after our students goes far beyond teaching Taekwon-Do.

We switched things up a little tonight and introduced some new warm-up exercises. 🥋

As always, our students adapted brilliantly and took on the new challenges with great energy and enthusiasm.

Sometimes it’s good to change things up, challenge ourselves and try something different.

Because good training isn’t about always doing what’s comfortable.

It’s about being challenged, adapting, pushing through and becoming better than you were yesterday.

That’s what we train for.

Ask our instructors what their favourite part of Summer Camp has been and you’ll get plenty of different answers.

But there’s one thing that comes through in all of them. The people.
