January Gym users......Am I ready for you? As ready as I'll ever be. But here are some tips below ⬇️

▪️Have a plan of what body parts you want to train....not just what machines you need to use.

▪️It will be busy....you may need to adapt or modify your session at peak times.

▪️Be considerate with your rest times. Most Gym users will only require 1-2 mins between sets on strength exercises. Don't take the p1ss.

▪️Don't just sit down on equipment looking at your phone for endless minutes calling yourself a Gym Bro. Other people also want to use the kit. You could share the equipment. GREAT IDEA CHRIS.

▪️Do some group exercise classes to mix things up and get out of your comfort zone. Many people get bored of CV or resistance training in the gym, you won't get bored in a class....TRUST ME.

▪️Lastly, set some goals, plan your training times and session, work hard with your training and nutrition, stick to it, trust the process, and results will come.
