Falling back in love with fitness has quite literally changed my life and I want to inspire you to fall (back) in love with being fit, healthy and strong too and to help you continue to improve your fitness journey.

NO REALLY ... WHAT IS THIS LIFE🤯🙌😍✨️

I'm never struck for words 👀 but you cannot tell me, when you watch this you also don't think ✨️WOOOOOWWW✨️

I'm totally overcome with every single emotion and it genuinely is ALL THANKS TO ALL OF YOU🙏🥰

This is only but a snippet of our .i.t.space life in 2025 and you can just about get a sense of the energy, the friendships, and the absolute love we all experienced this year🤍💝

It's impossible to pick favourite moments, but introducing Dolly and having Kids Space is the summer, our SUMMER as a whole, the endless laughs and giggles would all be at the top of my list✨️

And whether you've attended a class (or several😍🙌) and / or your weekly PT sessions, if there was any way for me to really explain how incredibly grateful I am to all of you, I would try my absolute best!! ❤️

But most of all, this year you SHOWED UP👊and gave it your absolute best!

I've seen you root for and support each other. I've watched you all become STRONGER, fiercer and have literally seen you guys TRANSFORM❤️‍🔥🦄 We've made friends for life and through exercise you have made FIT SPACE what it is today.....

I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am for our 2026 together, rest & recover this week, we start it all again on Monday! 🥰

There is something to be said about getting fit, sweating together, sometimes hating your PT 👀🤣, sometimes being dramatic about exercise🎻🙄 and sharing a common goal, that brought us all together❤️

That is really something!!

i.t.space has 21 different classes on offer throughout the week, for everyone and every fitness level. Classes range from strength training to full on cardio on trampolines, high-rep Pump classes, mobility and flexibility classes, to boxing and circuit sessions.

And guaranteed you'll have more than just 1 favourite 🥰

Ok so.... your PT might be slightly wacky, but let's face it... how else are you supposed to get through your workout?! 🦄👀🤣

Our first 3 weeks at Fit Space have been an absolute blast and your feedback has been nothing short of incredible!

Thank you to everyone who's attended a class or PT session so far🥰

There's been a few changes to the schedule, we've learnt a few lessons👀🤣, a new class has just been added😎 and the new class timetable is here😍

The latest addition being BOING the new trampoline fitness class at Fit Space 🥳🔥 makes it 9 different classes now available at Fit Space!

The 9x classes make up a total of 21 classes available throughout the week, ranging from low-impact mobility, to low-impact cardio(!), strength, recovery and endurance.

Classes are available throughout the day at various times, for every ability and everyone- so you now have EVERY REASON to join in😍🔥

Spaces are still limited to 3-5 people per class, making each class friendly, personal, intimate and not the least intimidating. And we occasionally have a giggle🤨🤣

They say start as mean to go on, and we're starting 2025 STRONG 🔥🔥

8 classes that cover EVERYTHING...

from strength & conditioning, power, cardio, and HIIT, all the way to low-impact classes, flexibility, and recovery.

There really is something for EVERYONE 😍

I will add a full post later explaining more about each class and what to expect along with a full class schedule and where and HOW to book!

Classes will be limited to 4,5, or 6 people depending on the type of class, and there will be morning (post school run), lunchtime, and afternoon options.

There’s so much energy and excitement about Fit Space. Thank you all so much - I can not wait for us to get started 🥳 🙌
