Whether youβve been running for years or just started, you probably already know that βyou should be doing some strength trainingβ
But you donβt really know what that means, how to get started and how does it fit in with your running?
Then this is your chance to finally make it click.
The 8 week group strength and conditioning sessions are built specifically for runners who want to:

Build strength and stability that directly improves running performance

Learn how targeted strength work supports speed, endurance and injury prevention
β
Gain confidence in how your body moves whether on the road, the trails or track
This isnβt a normal circuit or a generic gym class.
Within the weekly sessions youβll gain a clear understanding of why each movement matters and how it directly translates to stronger, more efficient running.

β’ 8 structured sessions (1 x per week, 45 mins)
β’ Progression through the weeks - real, measurable improvements
β’ Education and guidance designed for everyday athletes
β’ Complete a number of exercises directly at improving and supporting your running performance

β’ Train with like minded individuals in a positive, engaging and supportive environment
