The 8 week group strength and conditioning sessions are built specifically for runners who want to:

βœ… Build strength and stability that directly improves running performance
βœ… Learn how targeted strength work supports speed, endurance and injury prevention
βœ… Gain confidence in how your body moves whether on the road, the trails or track

This isn’t a normal circuit or a generic gym class.

Another epic month of achievements for some my awesome 1:1 clients! πŸ€©πŸ…

From Half Marathon PB race days, to completing a 53KM ultra marathon to a walk the wight themed challenge never been done before…

Some of the recent progress and achievements from my clients is seriously inspiring!

It’s a genuine privilege to work with such positive, hardworking and relentlessly committed individuals.

The consistency, the drive and the willingness to show up day after day… that’s what drives these results.

As a coach, it’s incredibly rewarding to be trusted with even a small part of someone’s journey.

To provide a piece of the puzzle in their training blocks and ultimately see them succeed whether that’s on race day or in improving the overall quality of their life.
