The senior team will be keeping themselves match fit this summer with a number of tournaments and friendlies already booked in.

Yesterday saw the entire Wight Eagles club come together for our End of Season Awards and what a day it was

Congratulations to all of our well deserved individual trophy winners. But a massive shoutout to each and every player all of which put their all into matches and deserve just as much recognition for the time and effort you all put in 👏🏻 so thank you to all of our ladies and girls for helping to make the club the success it is proving to be.

Thank you of course goes to our parents and supporters, without your commitment it wouldn’t be possible.

And finally thank you to all the coaches, managers and committee members - the hard work you do that isn’t always seen doesn’t go unnoticed

Our very own Superwoman has signed for another season 💪🏻 Our most experienced & invaluable player who is a constant source of support for the whole squad. Known as the flying salmon, due to her aerial dominance, Webby is a solid centre-half. She relies on all her experience to out manoeuvre those tricky forwards and commands the team well from the back.

So pleased to have my best buddy committing for another season.

Magenta "aka Kev" had the opportunity to step up into the senior squad last season and absolutely excelled in her transition from youth to senior football. A solid defender who reads the game quickly & anticipates the opposition. Looking forward to continuing working with "Kev" & watching her progress even more so this season.

After a two year break from football with an ACL injury, im super excited to have Carmen back! A ever present centre half for the Eagles before her injury and a truly solid player at the heart of defence. I am looking forward to helping Carmen get back playing & building up her confidence. She will be a great addition to our squad.

Buzzing to have Amelia step up from the academy. Maturity beyond her years & a successful under 16 captain. Amelia is that invaluable box to box midfielder and plays with her heart on her sleeve. Amelia is a true leader & encourages her team to perform at their best. Definitely a senior captain in the making. We look forward to seeing Amelia step up into senior football.

Another player I'm excited to be working with this coming season. Imogen comes into the seniors from the academy & made her senior debut last season.

Don't be fooled by her size, Imogen is strong, quick & technically very good. Very clever player & composed on the ball. Immy's not shy to bounce off players & come back for more. We look forward to seeing her compete in senior football.

I'm so pleased Daysi has decided to sign on for another season. Daysi was one of the first players to come up through the academy & now entering her 5th season in senior football.
Daysi is a very versatile player who can play across the midfield & front line. Technically great & very strong on the ball. We look forward to seeing Daysi scoring goals this coming
