Kicking off a little later than usual today with 20:20:20 at 9AM with Nikki Reilly. 20:20:20 makes for a great morning workout because it covers so many bases in one session. 20 Minutes of Cardio, 20 Minutes of Strength Training and 20 Minutes of Stretch and Core work to finish.
Nicola's back at 12 for Les Mills RPM and again at 4PM for a 2nd dose of 20:20:20.
At 17:15 follows Chris Boyne with martial arts inspired cardo fitness in the shape of Les Mills BodyCombat, and to close the day it's James Locke with another action packed Les Mills BodyPump weight training session at 6:15PM.
