Our beginners workshop is the perfect introduction to reformer pilates.

Designed especially for those who have never tried reformer before, this workshop will help you develop a strong foundation in core stability, postural awareness, and mindful movement.

You’ll progress through a series of exercises that focus on improving body alignment, posture, and strength, all while maintaining a gentle, supportive pace. The workshop is designed to build your confidence, enhance your physical awareness, and promote overall well-being.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel more connected to your body, with the skills and confidence to continue your Reformer Pilates journey and attend any of our classes.

For the first time ever, we’re offering our Reformer Pilates classes for just £10 per class.

With half term, exam season, and so many new studios opening, some classes have been a little quieter than usual. Rather than seeing that as a challenge, we’re seeing it as an opportunity to invite more people through our doors to experience the magic that makes our studio so special.

Whether you’ve been curious about Reformer Pilates, have been meaning to try us for a while, or you’re one of our existing clients who already know and love our classes, this offer is for you.

Our reformer classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, feel energised, and move with confidence - all in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Breath, Stretch & Relax with Laura Bicker.
A 90-minute nervous system sanctuary designed for deep restoration.
Is your body holding onto the stress of the week? Join us for an afternoon of intentional stillness as we welcome Laura Bicker to the studio for her Breath, Stretch & Relax workshop.

Led by Laura, a seasoned Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and Forrest Yoga teacher, this session goes beyond a standard yoga class. Laura uses her 20+ years of clinical experience to guide you through a physiological “reset.”

BREATH: We begin with therapeutic Pranayama (breathwork) to regulate the vagus nerve and dial down the “fight or flight” response.
STRETCH: Move through gentle yoga stretches designed to release deep-seated physical tension and “unstick” the body’s energy.
RELAX: Sink into a blissful Soundbath. Using vibrational frequencies, Laura will lead you into a meditative state where the mind finally goes quiet, and the body can begin its natural repair process.

About Laura Bicker -Laura is a highly respected expert in women’s health and holistic wellness. With a background in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Sound Therapy, her workshops are famous for their depth, safety, and transformative results. She doesn’t just teach you to relax; she shows you how to heal.
