Not all leg press foot positions are created equal. 👊

In this video we’re showing different foot placements and angles on the leg press, and how small adjustments can shift the emphasis onto different muscle groups.

🔥 Higher foot placement - Glute emphasis
🔥 Lower foot placement - Quad emphasis
🔥 Narrow stance - Outer quad emphasis
🔥 Wider stance - Inner quad (adductor) emphasis

Quickly emphasising the emphasis the press will work all muscle groups simultaneously but by slightly changing your foot position it will just isolate that group a little more
