Banish the winter & Covid blues!

Then a week of sunny rock climbing in Costa Blanca has so much to offer a climber, whether you are new to the sport or a dedicated rock athlete, there is something for everyone, at every grade, from easy 3s to extreme 9a upside down mega routes and beyond!
During this week we will teach you all the practical and technical skills to safely enjoy ascending and descending outdoor single pitch sports routes, with the emphasis on enhancing your ability levels in the following:
* Dynamic belaying of a lead climber.
* Belaying and lowering
* Leading
* Movement Coaching
* Threading a lower off
* Retreating from a route
* Crag rescues
We will visit a wide variety of crags during the week, where the climbing is excellent on perfect limestone, at these crags we have bolted routes especially for beginners and intermediate's, the bolts being closer together to enhance both your safety and promote your confidence.

All courses are geared to individual ability and are staffed by fully qualified mountain guides and instructors, who are empathic to your needs and are conducted in a fun, informative way emphasising an experiential form of "hands on" learning.

This week will give you an excellent opportunity to transition from the climbing wall to real rock.
Our guide to client ratio is 1:4 whilst teaching.

This is a fully inclusive holiday comprising of:
7 nights accommodation
All in course transport to crags
6 fully instructed climbing days
all specialist equipment, ropes, quickdraws harness etc
all guided climbs with dedicated professional staff
Cost: £599.00 per person based on 2 sharing (£110.00 sps)
Course meets at Alicante airport on the Saturday and is based in the Calpe area.
