Lake is still available to BCTAC members to fish.

Draw at 8.00 am , fish 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.

River Stretch Update.

The grass at Old Dunburgh has been cut and pegs strimmed ready for the 16th. Many thanks to Ian and Roger N.

Club President Dave G has also been busy clearing Peg 17 in the woods at Old Dunburgh. (Dave also reports IDB have installed a small bridge over the breached river bank making access easier).
In addition Dave has strimmed around 8 spots at the top end of the Bungay Common stretch (golf club end).
Thanks Dave.

We have noted that like last year there is quite a lot of Hemlock/Hemlock Water Dropwork growing along river banks this year, this is poisonous. Please take care, avoid touching or ingesting.

Attention ALL Junior Members, Parents/Guardians.

The Clubs first Junior Match this year is on Saturday 25th July at Ellingham Hall Lake. Fishing 9.00 am till 12.00 noon. (Arrive around 7.45 am for Match and Safety briefing at around 8.15 am followed by the draw).
As there are limited places please register your interest by emailing Billy our Junior Secretary, [email protected] , detailing name, age and contact details.

Members please be aware that Pegs 1 to 24 will be reserved for the duration of this match but remaining pegs can be fished. Thanks for your cooperation.

Not long to go now, only two weeks until our river sections open.
In preparation the grass on the Orchard stretch has been cut and all 20 pegs strimmed and tidied.
A big shout out to Roger N for his strimming and raking efforts during this hot weather.
