Here at Fitness 4 All we are all about community and really want to support our clients as much as we can.

So we are really excited to launch 15% discount off our memberships to NHS staff. As we are located very close to the Borders General Hospital, we wanted to do something to show our appreciation to all the staff who work so hard.

All you need to do is show a valid NHS ID at the desk in the gym and the discount will be applied to the membership. Launching 1st of September so give us a message and/or pop in with your ID.

💙🖤GYM OPEN DAY 6•9•26 💙🖤

We will be holding another gym opening day on Sunday 6th September 2026. This will be a chance to come in and try our facilities for free. You will also be able to have a chat with our staff and have a look around. There may even be some competitions and exclusive discounts on this day only! 👀😃 We look forward to seeing you then, if not before!

One year ago today, we signed the lease... 🔑

It all started with a set of keys, an empty unit, and a big dream.

A lot of hard work, countless late nights, and a vision to create something special for the community.

Over the last 12 months we've painted, built, planned, problem-solved, and poured everything we have into bringing Fitness 4 All to life. There have been challenges along the way, but every step has been worth it.

We're so grateful to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, and believed in our dream. 💙🤍

Community is at the heart of everything we do. 💙💪

This photo was take during Civic Week, where our amazing community and local school children dressed up in workout gear and even built their own Fitness 4 All treadmill for the parade! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The support, creativity and effort everyone put in means so much, especially as we are just beginning the journey of bringing Fitness 4 All to life.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped spread the message that fitness really is for everyone. We couldn't be prouder to be part of such a fantastic community.
