Well after 15 months the wait was finally over and we were beyond excited to welcome our disabilities club back in the gym today. Oh how we have missed them all so very very much. We laughed, we signed to 'Dance Monkey', we had grins from ear to ear and we worked our socks off, blimey it feels good to be back!!! Bring on next week!! 💙
