Last week I finished up my final client programmes and now taking some downtime before baby girl arrives. 🫧

I’ve said it before but pregnancy is a WILD journey which I feel incredibly lucky to get to experience. It’s been vulnerable, emotional and transformative. If I wasn’t in complete and utter awe of the female body before I really am now. 🤍

I want to thank all my beautiful clients and members / coaches at F45 who have been so generous, caring and lovely. 🥹

3rd Trimester Diaries 🫧✨

I’ve genuinely enjoyed being pregnant and feel I’ve been so lucky with the physical side of things, haven’t really had the discomfort and bad sleep lots of people talk about so for that I’m extremely grateful. ✨

BUT the emotional side of things has been a journey for sure. Wow pregnancy is such a vulnerable time and I’ve truly felt the ups and downs from intrusive thoughts to worry and so much anxiety. I’ve had to dig deep and use every tool in my toolbox. But it’s transformative and I feel so incredibly in awe of every woman who has done this before me. We really are incredible aren’t we.

The last few weeks of pregnancy are a strange one, holding onto every kick and knowing that I’ll miss this feeling and my bump when it’s gone but also feeling very apprehensive about the unknown and what’s to come, the BIGGEST lesson in surrender and letting go. 🤍 •

🌿 Body image in pregnancy isn’t about loving every change, it’s about honouring what your body is doing.

Before pregnancy, I was scared of how I’d cope with my body changing. Years of body image work meant I went into this with tools I didn’t have before.

At 38 weeks, my body looks nothing like it used to.
Do I love every part of it? No.
Do I respect it? Deeply.

✨ Because:
What my body can do will always matter more than what it looks like.
How I look has nothing to do with my worth.
Body image is less about shape — more about perception.
And you can struggle with body image in any size.

Right now my body is literally keeping my baby alive. Growing her. Protecting her. And I am in complete awe of that. 🫧

So the most powerful thing I can do is support it, nourish it, and let it change however it needs to. 🤍

If you needed this reminder today — your worth has never been tied to your reflection. 🤍 •

Core training during pregnancy isn’t just safe—it’s beneficial. 💛

The best thing for your core during pregnancy is focusing on full body movements that mimic everyday life - carrying, twisting and lifting!

✨ Benefits of working your core:
– Helps reduce pelvic & lower-back pain
– Builds strength for postpartum recovery
– Improves posture + confidence as your bump grows

⚠️ Things to avoid:
– Full sit-ups/crunches
– Lying flat on your back for extended periods after the 1st trimester
– Any move that causes coning

🤍 Your changing body is strong, adaptable & worthy of care — not punishment.

And as always if you have any concerns or questions please speak to your healthcare provider or a qualified pre and post natal coach. 🤰 •

After struggling with my body image for years, I never thought I’d reach a place where I could truly respect and appreciate my body. 🤍

Recovery wasn’t linear, and it’s taken a lot of time, self-work, and unlearning to rebuild that relationship.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand that strength isn’t defined by numbers, not by PBs, the size of your clothes, or what you see in the mirror, but by how you feel in your body, how you show up for yourself, and how you care for it day after day. ✨

Pregnancy has taken that understanding to a whole new level. It’s shown me just how incredible and powerful the female body really is — the way it grows, adapts, and creates life is beyond anything I could have imagined. It’s also taught me to slow down and to trust that rest is just as much a part of strength as movement. 🤍

This season of life has given me a whole new level of respect for my body — not for how it looks, but for everything it does for me. 🤍

And wherever you are in your journey, whether you’re in a season of growth, healing, recovery, or simply figuring it out - you deserve to give yourself grace. 🙏

Your body is doing its best for you every single day, and that in itself is something to be proud of. ✨ •
