An amazing night of Karate with Watanabe Sensei this evening! Once again we are so lucky to have a Japanese Instructor from the JKS HQ in Tokyo here teaching🙌

Watanabe Sensei taught 3 awesome sessions, starting with Kihon, then onto Kata and finishing with Kumite! It was a night to remember, and we would like to thank Paul Giannandrea and the JKS HQ in Tokyo for making this all possible, and as well to Kaishi Karate for hosting in their Dojo🙏

We are already looking forward to the next time👊

A special mention to student Ben Millar on winning a well deserved Bronze Medal in the 5 Attack sparring category, after 4 solid matches🥉
