About Pilates: Over the years Pilates' popularity has continued to grow and evolve with many people from all walks of life, young and old experiencing the benefits of attending regular classes. Core Pilates classes offer a blend of the original 34 Pilates exercises alongside functional training relevant to your day to

day activities. This results in a more flexible, strong and co-ordinated body. Pilates is a body conditioning method that consists of slow, flowing, precise movement, promoting correct breathing patterns whilst performing the exercises. Weights, Mini Balls, Resistance Bands and Pilates Circles are used to add challenge, increasing strength and flexibility, aiding correct postural alignment. About Body Conditioning: If you are looking for a class that includes a cardio workout alongside training in order to tone up and shape up, this is for you. Combining aerobic choreography, functional and core training. Using free weights and your body’s own resistance to add intensity & challenge. Combine Pilates with Body Conditioning for a fat burning, strengthening and uplifting exercise experience. Online class Wednesday 9:00am - Facebook Live

About Legs, Bums & Tums: A class focusing on these three key areas. Isolating, precise exercises. Using weights & resistance bands. Leaves your body feeling worked but invigorated. Online class Thursday 9:00am - Facebook Live

About Mind Body Calm : A blissful blend of Stretching and releasing exercises and postures, mindfulness and relaxation. A great way to wind down towards the weekend, releasing any stress or anxiety and calming the mind. Online class Thursday 6:00pm - Facebook Live

🌟Join me on Facebook Live every Monday morning at 9am for a 35 minute Pilates class. You don't have to be fit or flexible to start, that's what we're working towards!

💥No problem! The class stays on the Facebook group until the following Sunday so you can grab it when and as many times as suits you.

⚠ The hands do not have to reach the floor.

⚠ Feel the gentle movement through the shoulders avoiding allowing the shoulders to lift.

👀 This week in the Facebook Live online class we've been focusing on shoulder mobility and release.

➡ This movement is a gentle, relaxed movement for the shoulders.

➡ Avoid forcing the movement and do follow the guidelines on the video to maximise the movement for you.

All the village hall classes are small, friendly and suitable for beginners.
All you need to start is an exercise mat, pad/cushion and loose comfortable clothing.

The village hall classes run on a rolling four week block. If you're unable to get to class you'll be emailed one that you can do at home so you never have to miss your Pilates practice.

If exercising at home would suit you better join me on Facebook Live every Monday morning, 9am. If you can't be there then you can access the class anytime during the week, available until the Sunday.
