CYT Fitness GYM Sports Massage Therapy has been up and running for almost a year now, and I never did a big release, quietly set it up and built the Massage Shed

So now it's time for that grand opening Special Offer

For the month of June Sports Massage Therapy at CYT Fitness GYM is half price

Just £15 for gym members and

£20 for non gym members

A frequent question I get asked is, "how does the 45 - 60 minute massage session work?"

The answer, I find that some sessions require only 45 minutes, others need 60 minutes

So instead of different pricing brackets and either lowering or higher the price, each session is a minimum of 45 minutes and if you require 60 minutes, this is done at no extra charge to you

Fitness is not just about building muscle and running faster

One of the best parts of my week is picking the Turd up from school

Simple 30 minute round trip

Gets me moving, in nature (which I love) with some tunes on

It wakes me up, my body appreciates it, and so does my head

Exercise, even simple movements like walks can do wonders for your health and mental health

By starting something and by keeping doing it, it becomes a habit

Also on the way home I end up having some of the strangest conversations

Like how dinosaurs 🦖🦕 experimented with DNA to make chickens...which of course answers the age old question..., what came first the chicken or the egg!!!
