Welcome to The Results Lab,
The place that looks like a gym (but not a gym)
Come inside and Iâll show you what itâs about:
Itâs been designed for two purposes:
1. The help get professionals, parents and business owners in kick ass shape. We will be providing offline and online services.
2. Provide a mentorship for PTâs to develop their craft and personal brands
You might not know Iâve been coaching in the fitness industry now for 13 years now,
Surprising I know because I look so young.
But itâs the truth, I started out late at 27(ish) years old.
And now Iâm nearly 40 (holy crap where did those years go) đ±
It must be an age thing when you kinda realise thereâs more to life than sharpening your gunz and bunzâŠ.
Which btw is not a bad thing, butâŠ
being healthy, strong and a role model to my kids takes priority these days.
My work over the past few years has developed way beyond my bicep days and why itâs now focused on lifestyle performance (still, you got to attack those vanity metrics though đ)
But I remember what it was like starting out as a PT. Itâs not easy (itâs actually terrifying)
Youâre handed a certificate and booted out to make it on your own.
Where do I start?
How do I get results?
How do I even get clients?
And what happens is most PTâs end up in a gym, cleaning equipment and being general dogsbodies.
Or worse, they go it alone and struggle to gain any kind of moment, and quit.
I want to change that and help trainers grow their personal brands and become standout professionals.
So they can help more people with their health goals and make an impact in the world.
See, the health industry is such an important part of this world but itâs massively undervalued.
The irony is nearly all trainers are negatively impacting their own health by working stupid long hours to help others with theirs.
Itâs crazy right?
With The Results Lab I will be offering PTâs an opportunity to learn their craft and build their own unique business brand.
If any of this has related to you donât hesitate to get in touch.
Or share with anyone you think will benefit from hearing it, too.
