I’ve been rubbish at March matness where you record a part of the mat each day. I’ve been practising just not recording!

I am definitely feeling the hit of having 3 kids, each day is full on (but amazing) and I haven’t even gone back to work yet 😅🫶🏻

Celebrating being 6 months post partum with a Reformer practice.

Climb a Tree was always a favourite, especially on the Ladder Barrell.

Morning,

I understand it’s been a bit confusing for some as to why my classes have come to a sudden stop/break.

Well, I’m due to have a baby May 2025!

Those of you who have been coming to my classes for years will know that I taught up until my other two children arrived, but my circumstances were different then and I felt my body needed a rest.

However, I’m hoping to be able to run a class or two in the new year, because quite frankly I miss it. These would not run in blocks as previous sessions have.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or queries with regard to previous classes/blocks.

I really hope to see you all on the mat again soon 💫

Barre classes combine the principles of Pilates with the grace and musically of dance class.

Small controlled movements=burn

This class will run in 6 week blocks as well.

£8 per class and £35 for a block.
