Whatever your age, our Move sessions are suited for those with various health conditions, mobility needs and professional support.

Sessions include:

⚽ Move Sport - We have walking sports including cricket, football and netball sessions across County Durham
🌳 Move Walking - We offer a programme of regular walks for all abilities.
☁️ Move Classes - Ranging from seated exercise classes to yoga and exercise to music.
🌈 Move Creative - Meet new people and get involved in creative sessions including colouring and crafting
