Very well done to the swimmers from Durham City Aquatics who on Saturday, all passed their First Aid for Mental Health course with flying colours. Certificate winging its way to you shortly!

The club is fortunate to have such supportive and empathic young people forging a path to positive mental health in sport!

Today, we’re excited to once again be delivering First Aid for Mental Health training to 8 senior swimmers at Durham City Aquatics.

It’s so important that our young people learn those vital skills to support their peers who might be struggling emotionally and/or psychologically. Kudos to this club for continuing to see the value in positive mental health!
