DH Fitness is still open for business as usual, but as a small business what are we doing during the COVID-19 Situation?
It is very well documented that strengthening our immune system over this time is vital to help us protect ourselves from virus etc.
Regular exercise, eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, getting quality sleep and getting fresh air ALL helps.
That’s why at DH Fitness we are continuing to stay open to provide my clients with a place they can continue to develop their healthy lifestyles and pass these vital behaviour onto their families.
However we are also taking the following pro-cautions:
DH Fitness will be open for business as usual unless the government or health organisations recommend or suggests that gyms close down for a period of time.
However with this in mind there are a few things we must all consider and take seriously so we can look after each other.
1) Cleaning. The gym equipment will be continuously cleaned down after each and every use with the correct antibacterial products.
All surface areas and areas members come into contact will also be heavily cleaned on a 3 x per day basis.
2) Wash your hands. All members are advised to wash their hands BEFORE training and AFTER training.
3) Don’t train. Stay at home if you have a stomach bug, cough, cold or ANY flu like symptoms please do NOT come to the gym.
Don’t come to the gym until your symptoms have passed. This is for the good of everyone that uses the gym, their family and myself.
4) The same is true for myself, if I’m not well then I myself will not come into work to ensure I don’t pass anything on.
As you well know I’m not someone that over reacts but I also have to professionally protect my own business and clients. So forever how long this situation lasts for can we all please be respectful and do the above.
