Ok folks...we broke 3 and 1/2 million!

Last weeks kg...634,040 kg

Current total...3,573,799 kg

That equals
8 x (747) Jumbo Jets
4 x Whale Sharks
1 x African Elephant

That leaves us 1, 426,201 kg to do to hit target by the end of the month!

Spent the majority of the day moving the rig from the far left side to the centre, bolting it back down and recutting the matts to fit.

Sorry for the delay...last weeks Weight Shifter Challenge total kg moved was...613,700 kg

That brings us to 1,748,692 kg moved in 3 weeks!

That is equal to 4 x fully loaded 747 jets.

Well done all, especially considering we ve been home training during lockdown 2.0!

Hey guys

For the gym reopening Paul can have a max of 8 people at one time

There is an appointment planner/booking in system that is built into the facebook gym page. This is what he will be using on a first come/ first served basis. Its pretty easy to use but if you cant use it then message paul and he can book you in 😁 ( or he will tell me and i can do it 🙄)

Saturday and sunday will be 10am to 11am. There are 4 spaces left for saturday but sunday is free at the moment.

Paul will be sorting out opening times for next week later this week ( if that makes sense)

Its going to be trial and error for the next few weeks and may have to tweak things as he goes but he asks for you to bare with him til he gets fully up and running

Dear Firepower gym members

Following the government directive to close all gyms to help stop the transmission of COVID-19, firepower gym, will be closed from friday 20th march 2020, until further notice.

What will happento your membership?
As a local business, we would appreciate your support during this challenging time and would like to ask you to keep your membership in place.
However, we understand that you may too have been impacted by COVID-19 and should you wish to freeze your membership whilst we are closed, please let us know.
The freeze will take place from the date of your email request. There may be a delay whilst this is actioned and your bank is contacted, the remainder of your last monthly payment will be deducted from the first payment taken once our closure ends.
We have made provision for live online training in the firepower gym members page for all of you who would like to continue training and notifications of this will appear on the gym news feed. If there is anything specific you would like to do/train then please dont hesitate to contact us. We are trying to link into other learning platforms to facilitate our training and once this has been established we will be in touch with further details
