I am honestly lost for words 🥺💙

Never in a million years did I imagine I would be nominated for a BBC Radio Tees Make a Difference Award. This means more to me than I could ever put into words. I’m truly humbled, overwhelmed, and incredibly grateful. 🥲🙏

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, encouraged me, and been part of this journey. Your support has helped shape the person I am today, and I wouldn’t be here without you. 💙

To the person who nominated me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💙🙏

All I’ve ever wanted to do is make a positive difference in people’s lives. I never started this journey looking for recognition or awards. My goal has always been simple: to help others, lead by example, and show people that they are capable of so much more than they often believe.

To be considered for such a prestigious award is truly overwhelming. When I received the news, it genuinely brought tears to my eyes. 🥺

Thank you for seeing something in me that you felt was worthy of this nomination. Your kindness, belief, and support mean more than words can express. If my journey has inspired even one person to keep pushing forward, to be kinder, to work harder, or to believe in themselves a little more, then that is the greatest achievement I could ever ask for.

No matter what happens next, I already feel like a winner because I’ve had the privilege of making a positive impact on the lives of others. That’s what has always mattered most to me. 💙

🔥 FLEXFITT HYROX EVENT 🔥

WOW. What a day. 💪🔥

Today was about so much more than fitness, racing, or chasing times. Today was about COMMUNITY. ❤️

A massive THANK YOU to every athlete, volunteer, adjudicator, supporter, spectator, and member of the FLEXFITT family who helped make today’s event so special.

One of the most rewarding things to hear was athletes telling us how much it meant when our adjudicators and volunteers were shouting their names, encouraging them, and pushing them through the toughest moments—even when they’d never met before. That is exactly what FLEXFITT stands for.

We don’t just create events. We create an environment where every person feels welcomed, supported, valued, and part of something bigger than themselves.

The energy from start to finish was incredible. The cheers, the encouragement, the determination, the smiles, and the battles won both physically and mentally made today unforgettable.

Whether you stood on the podium, achieved a personal best, completed your very first HYROX-style event, or simply showed up and gave it your all—you should be proud. 👏

To everyone who played a part today, thank you. We genuinely couldn’t do it without you. 🙏💙
