💪🏻 BUILDING STRENGTH 💪🏻

Jess came to me to build strength and confidence in the gym. Over the course of a few months we focused on technique and strength work whilst also incorporating some cardio sessions to keep Jess’ fitness levels high. These videos show just a few of our results, using progressive overload we managed to increase the weights Jess was using for ALL exercises and hit so many personal bests!

The year I got made redundant, spent months in lockdown, pushed out of my comfort zone and deciding to go self employed. What a bloody weird but amazing year✨

It started off in lockdown doing online bootcamps and eventually starting the Peach Programme which sold out in the first month. Then finally being able to get back into the gym after lockdown and fully commit to personal training in the gym, passing my Hiitstep course and teaching various different classes. I honestly cannot thank all of my current and previous clients for all the support last year I defo could not have done it without you all🤍
