As we approach the last weeks of 2022 and my last few sessions with clients before taking a small break. I want to say a huge thank you to you all for making AES one of a kind. You know I love training you and care for all of you as friends now as well as clients. You make AES fun and that’s what fitness and healthy life style is all about, if it’s not your doing it wrong 😜 I hope to see you all again in 2023 xx
