Clear Fitness Hayley Clear a fully qualified personal trainer who can provide one to one sessions, small group bookings, nutritional guidance and personal fitness plans.

My name is Hayley Clear and three years ago I was three stone heavier and did no form of physical exercise, I had two small children and worked part-time. I decided to make a change, I changed my eating habits, started exercising and completely changed my mental attitude and my physical appearance. I had a number of people ask me how I had done it and could I advise them, I didn't want to do this

without being properly qualified therefore I undertook a Personal Training course. If you are looking for a trainer who has not always been fit, changed their life while working and looking after a family I'm your girl.
