-4 years ago I was obese and had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. Now I’m at a healthy weight and am a personal trainer, but still on my fitness journey 💪🏼. With sheer determination and consistently, everyone can achieve their goals to better themselves no matter what life throws at them. Personal health and lifestyle is one of the most important aspects of life. Even 2 years into my fitness journey, I did not realise how much of a long term effect your weight has on your body. At just 17, I had multiple stays in different hospitals, spending a total of 6 months in hospital, suffering from gallstones, pancreatic cysts and pancreatitis. This was all due to my previous lifestyle and habits.
Now, just under 6st lighter and much more confident, I wanted to share this to hopefully motivate others to achieve their goals, both mentally and physically💪🏼☺️
