What an amazing Sunday last week! 🏆

The whole BKI family came together and made us incredibly proud at last week’s competition. Every single one of you deserves recognition.

From the youngest competitors stepping onto the mat for the first time, to our more experienced students bringing home the trophies… every single person gave it everything they had.

That is what karate is about. Not just the wins. The courage to compete, the discipline to prepare, and the heart to keep going.

A huge well done to all our students and their families for the support. 👏

Intermediate Kihon combinations for home self-practice.
Do 3 to 5 steps forward and backward. 👊

1️⃣ Gedan Barai, back leg front kick, back hand punch, then step forward and punch.

2️⃣ From left hand down block, punch right hand, step forward with a rising block, then same hand down block.

3️⃣ Inside block, same hand punch, then back hand punch. Step forward/backward and repeat.
