END OF AN ERA 💗
After almost 8 incredible years, the time has come for me to say goodbye to ((BOUNCE)) Dunstable.
I have made the difficult decision to step away and bring my classes to an end, with our last class being Thursday 13th August.
This has not been an easy decision, and it comes with a very heavy heart. ((BOUNCE)) has been such a huge part of my life for so long, and saying goodbye is incredibly emotional for me.
What started as a fitness class grew into something so much bigger. Together, we've created a community filled with friendship, support, laughter, encouragement, and determination. We've celebrated achievements, picked each other up during difficult times, and shared countless memories along the way.
It's been a journey of many highs and lows, blood, sweat, and tears. There have been challenges, lessons, and so many moments that have made me proud beyond words. Through it all, you kept showing up, bringing your energy, your smiles, and your support, and for that, I will be forever grateful.
We have a few weeks left, let's continue to make more memories until the end 🫶🏼
